“The Middle is the hardest bit to push through. The momentum of The Beginning has sputtered and died, and the force towards The End has yet to kick in.”
I wrote those words myself, back in 2010, when attempting NaNoWriMo for the first time. The middle is always tricky.

Plus, I never had time to make an outline, and I still don’t know how it ends, which really doesn’t help me write – it’s like driving without knowing where you’re going.
And I’m over 8000 words behind.
